Metro Parks and Recreation has offered a supervised recreation program for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities for more than 40 years. We offer a wide variety of activities at select Metro Parks community centers and recreation facilities in the community.
In Harmony Music of Middle Tennessee services the disAbilities group by providing a variety of active music making activities to help build interpersonal skills and collaborative group effort.
