Services Include:
Individual Teletherapy or In Person Sessions for All Ages and Abilities and Music Together within Therapy for Young Children with delays and diagnosis
Hours by Appointment for both in person and teletherapy 30- 50 minute therapy sessions
Music Therapy for Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, Rhett Syndrome, Angelman’s Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Global Delays) Health Challenges, Behavioral Support, Mental Health Support, Trauma Support, Physical Support, Communication Support, Parkinson’s Disease, Other Movement Disorders, Stroke, Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and Music for Relaxation and Wellness
Safe practice POLICIES: In person sessions are available, and masks are optional for both children and adults inside the building. All in person sessions will go back to telehealth in the case of an uptick of cases in the community and Nashville-Davidson County guidelines. Mask requirements will be followed by church policy at the time of the appointment. Ms. Carrie has received her full COVID vaccination and booster. It is preferred that all adults planning to come to in person sessions, receive their full vaccinations before starting therapy for themselves, or parents of children. Please stay home if you or your child or member of your household has a fever, cold symptoms, and have had known contact with someone with active COVID19 symptoms. Per church policy, parents and guardians are to remain in the church building during scheduled appointments. Parents of children are invited to engage in the music therapy session with their child.
In Harmony Music Therapy Clinic is located at Blakemore United Methodist Church, 3601 West End Avenue, Nashville, Tennessee.
Scheduling Policy:
Scheduling is Private and Confidential. You will be sent a confirmation email upon scheduling and email reminders. Any payments through the scheduler is optional except for buying package bundles of sessions. All payments are due before or at the time of services. Credit card payments or checks are accepted, no cash please. Payment plans are thoughtfully considered based on need for financial assistance. For this request Email Carrie at carrie@inharmonymusicmidtn.com or mention it during your initial consultation. Individual appointments not cancelled less than 2 hours in advance will be charged and full payment plus $20 late cancellation fee will be due 15 days after the missed appointment.
